Recently, we decided to renovate our kitchen. Jeff responded immediately to our internet search and made an appointment to come to the house within a couple of days. At that time, he listened to our needs and obtained measurements. Within a week of that visit, he was back and showed us drawings from which to select. At that time pricing was agreed upon and a schedule was in place. Within a short time after that, materials & products were selected and ordered.

The plan was extensive and included gutting the entire space, wall removal , external door relocation, painting as well as electrical and plumbing relocation.

"We had the privilege of using Jeff as our contractor to finish our basement. We actually had received several bids on the job and at the last minute were introduced to Jeff. He was able to come to our home and set up a computer and showed us almost immediately what we wanted. We were very pleased with the bid and the timeliness of the bid and everything was clearly explained.
Once we decided to hire him, we were also thrilled to have the amazing services of his wife Cindy. She was a huge asset when it came to design, color, style and all the finishing touches. They were an amazing team.
My husband and I are both very busy and Jeff made it possible to have online meetings where we would not only discuss progress, design, measurements, and such but he would also provide three dimensional colored designs of each part of the construction. When there were questions along the way, Jeff was always able to be reached and would respond very quickly with answers.

My husband and I have both worked with contractors before and were not looking forward to this huge project, but working with Jeff was amazing.
The entire project was completed within the projected time frame. The workmanship was impeccable. The professionalism of the crew was well beyond expectation. "Building a custom home with Hornecker Construction was a great experience. Jeff has several strong assets as a builder/designer. Besides being meticulous about his trade, his communication is outstanding. Jeff is quick to inform what each day/week is bringing and what is to come. We always ran ahead of schedule which made selecting finishes enjoyable.
Jeff also uses technology to his client’s advantage. Jeff uses on- line
meetings to discuss each room’s design. We were able to talk and watch Jeff design right before our eyes in the comfort of our own office. This is fantastic!! A meeting that would normally take 2 hours out of your day takes one. Of course, he and Cindy are always willing to meet in person but this was a huge time saver for us. Thank you!!

Jeff is also great at follow up work. If any question arises, Jeff is there to answer it and take care of it. We have been in our home for 6 months and know he is still around if we need him. It is nice to have a builder you can count on after the building process is complete.
Overall, we our living in our dream home thanks to Jeff and his wife, Cindy. Our home surpasses all our expectations. A few months back a person asked us if we would do it all over again and we responded with a resounding “Yes, Absolutely”!

"Jeff Hornecker designed and constructed a sunroom for our home. Our primary concern was that the new addition had to blend-into the existing architecture.
