the design stage, to scheduling the sub-contractors, to
following up with us at the completion of the project.
In addition to completing their jobs to perfection, your
sub-contractors were extremely professional, always on
time, and very neat.
We appreciate your willingness to discuss other ideas we had
during the project, and to allow last minute changes. You were
quick to let us know how the changes would effect our contract
price, so there were no surprises at the end of the project.
This was not our first experience working with a residential
contractor, however, it was definitely our best. Things that
set you apart from others we worked with include: your
creative design ideas, your hard work ethic, your willingness
and ability to communicate, and your desire to complete
everything at the highest quality.

bathroom-remodeling project that you recently performed for us.
First, we want to thank you for creating a bathroom that puts
our home on the forefront of today’s styles and technology.
Your vision and design led to a finished product that surpassed
our expectations’. The multiple design choices gave us
numerous options. Your ability to listen to our wants, and
turn them into the finish project, was well received.
The project was precisely planned. Once construction started,
thinks went smoothly with few delays. This shows your ability
to put together a time line, which kept the project moving.
Scheduling the craftsman on the project when needed. Making
sure material arrived at the appropriate time.
Secondly, I want to thank all the trade’s people who worked
on the project. From plumbers to painters, the quality and
workmanship was outstanding. Everyone involved showed
respect for our property and worked well with us during the
construction. We were given updates and time schedules
from most. We know when to expect their arrival.
Lastly, we want to thank Cindy. Her knowledge of design
helped bring the entire projects color scheme together. With
her “attention to detail”, the bathroom amenities blended
wonderfully.
